- INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Ministry School.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ministry School website and the purchase of products and digital courses made available through the website.
Ministry School is operated by Ministry School (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2026/616327/07.
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or purchasing access to an online course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Delivery and Digital Access Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African law.
- PRODUCTS AND COURSES
Ministry School may offer physical products, including books, as well as online courses and other digital educational material.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, course descriptions, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Colours, dimensions and the appearance of physical products may vary slightly from photographs displayed on different devices.
Course content, modules and supporting resources will be described on the relevant course page before purchase.
- PRICES
All prices will be displayed on the website before an order is placed.
Any applicable delivery charges for physical products will be shown during the ordering or checkout process before payment is completed.
Where applicable, taxes will be dealt with in accordance with South African law.
Ministry School reserves the right to change its prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
- ORDERS
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or course.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
Ministry School reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, a payment failure, or where a physical product is no longer available.
If payment has already been received for an order that Ministry School is unable to fulfil, the amount paid for the affected item will be refunded.
- PAYMENT
Payments made through the website are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, the payment provider may process information required to complete and secure the transaction in accordance with its own terms and privacy requirements.
Ministry School does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
An order will not be processed as paid until payment has been successfully confirmed.
- PHYSICAL BOOKS
Physical books are subject to availability.
Delivery charges and available delivery methods will be displayed or communicated before completion of the purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Ministry School cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject always to applicable consumer law.

- ONLINE COURSES
When a customer purchases an online course, the purchase provides the customer with a personal right to access the course in accordance with the access conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Course access is for the registered purchaser only unless Ministry School expressly states otherwise.
A customer may not share login credentials, reproduce course material, record or redistribute course content, make course material available to another person, resell access, or upload Ministry School course material to another website, platform or file-sharing service without written permission.
The duration of access, where applicable, will be stated on the relevant course page or communicated to the customer.
- EDUCATIONAL AND MINISTRY CONTENT
Ministry School provides Christian educational and ministry-based teaching and resources.
Course and book content is provided for educational, faith-development and personal-growth purposes.
It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice where such assistance is required.
Purchasing or completing a Ministry School course does not, unless expressly stated otherwise, confer a professionally regulated qualification, licence or registration.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website and Ministry School’s original course materials, written content, videos, downloads, graphics, teaching resources, branding and other original material are owned by or licensed to Ministry School and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a book or course does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that material.
Digital course materials are supplied for the purchaser’s personal use unless written permission for another use has been granted.
No Ministry School material may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or presented as another person’s work without the necessary permission.
- REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds, returns and remedies relating to physical products are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Different considerations may apply to digital products and course access.
Where legislation gives a customer a right to cancel, return goods or receive a refund, these Terms and Conditions do not remove or restrict that right.
- CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation rights and procedures are explained in our Cancellation Policy.
Where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies to an electronic transaction, Ministry School will comply with the applicable legislation.
- WEBSITE ACCOUNTS
Certain courses or digital resources may require customers to create or use an account.
Customers are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords confidential and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to their accounts.
Please contact Ministry School promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

Ministry School takes reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the website and its online course platform.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, hosting interruptions or circumstances outside Ministry School’s reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Where a technical problem materially prevents a customer from accessing paid digital content, Ministry School will take reasonable steps to restore access.
